The team at Block Club needed an office-wide phone system for its new open-concept office. The office, which seats 12, would need to accommodate the team’s incoming calls across two companies, with individual phones and voicemails, call reporting, call recording and call management systems.
AT Technology’s solution was the Toshiba IPedge business telephone system, consisting of: the IPEdge EP Communication Server, with Advanced Messaging and Unified Communications; one 20-button large screen display speakerphone; seven IP4100DECT Wireless Handsets; and an Enterprise Manager’ for browser-based administration.
This robust system unifies communication for the entire operation. Toshiba’s IPedge met Block Club’s requirements for an affordable, richly featured business telephone system that helped improve communication both internally and externally. Toshiba’s Call Manager provides customer information and allows agents communicate instantly with team leaders and managers for support while they are on calls. With Toshiba’s browser-based Enterprise Manager, the IT manager can remotely moderate and update all the IP telephones on the system quickly and easily.
Block Club’s operations are smaller than some, but its growing businesses are now in a better position because of their new intra-office system. Incoming calls are contained to one manager, which helps in their open-air space, reducing interruption and properly directing calls to their dedicated handsets and voice mailboxes.
