It is with profound sadness that we remember and honor our partner, colleague, and friend Michael Groh.
He was a truly remarkable person whose kindness, compassion, and generosity touched the lives of so many. He had a genuine way of making people feel valued and cared for, always offering a helping hand, a listening ear, or a kind word—never expecting anything in return.
He was a devoted husband, a loving father to his three children, and a proud grandfather to his grandson. His wife and family were at the center of his world, and the love and devotion he had for them were evident in all that he did. The memories, lessons, laughter, and love he shared with his family will remain a lasting part of his legacy.
Outside of work and family, he found happiness in the things he loved most—hockey, motorcycles, and the friendships and experiences that came along with them. He embraced life with enthusiasm and shared his passions generously with those around him.
As a partner in our business, he brought not only dedication and wisdom, but also empathy and a deep respect for others. He helped make our company more than a business; he helped make it a community. His presence, his laughter, his kindness, and the way he cared about people will be deeply missed.
While words cannot express how much we have lost, we are grateful for the time we had with him and for the countless memories he leaves behind.
His impact will live on—in his wife and family, his children and grandson, his friends, our company, and everyone fortunate enough to have known him.
